Shipping and despatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days although some may take longer. If your order is going to be significantly delayed we will let you know. Please provide the date of the celebration when placing your order; at peak times orders may be prioritised according to when they are required and not the order in which they are received.   We will arrange delivery of your goods using the most suitable method to the address you enter when you place your order. Please ensure that this address is correct. If goods are returned to us because a) you have entered an incorrect address; or b) you have failed to collect goods from a sorting office; or c) not responded to cards left by our courier we reserve the right to charge you for re-delivery.   Mainland England, Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) and Wales.   Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Delivery Charge is £6.50. We'd estimate that your parcel will arrive between 1 - 2 days from dispatch Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery Charge is £5.95. We'd estimate that your parcel will arrive between 3 - 5 days from dispatch DPD Delivery service is £14.00 and tends to be a next day service. This is not guaranteed.  Free shipping - offered on all orders over £70   Stated delivery times are from date of despatch NOT date of order and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimated and based upon data provided by Royal Mail and the courier company.
