Listed below you will find the answers to many frequently asked questions about delivery, processing times and best before dates. If you can’t find the answer here please use the contact us button and send us an email.

Which payment methods are accepted at Favour Fairy?

At Favour Fairy we are currently only able to accept payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to be able to use this service.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 4 working days although some may take longer. If your order is going to be significantly delayed we will let you know. Please provide the date of the celebration when placing your order as at peak times orders may be prioritised according to when they are required and not the order in which they are received.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. 

Delivery is usually 4 - 5 working days from the date of shipping.

I need my goods urgently, do you offer a next day delivery service?

We offer this service but it can take up to 48hrs, depending on what is ordered, and if we are able to secure a courier to pick up. The cut off times are variable, so please contact us to check before placing your order.

Please note as well some items offered including but not limited to we are unable to offer on a next day delivery service

What are the delivery charges for orders from Favour Fairy?

Mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.

Royal Mail 24hr delivery (1 -2 days from dispatch) - £6.50

Royal Mail 48hr (3 - 5 days from dispatch) - £5.95

Our expedited delivery option is with DPD and costs £15.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

How secure is shopping with Favour Fairy? Is my data protected?

All of our transactions are processed via PayPal and within their systems. Favour Fairy does not see, nor handle any of your card details. Your personal data which has been transferred to us, shall only be used in conjunction with your current order. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes, nor will be they be sold onto a third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is received an automated acknowledgement will be sent confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive these emails please let us know and we will investigate.

We aim to pack your order within 2 working days of receipt of your order. If, exceptionally your order is going to be delayed we will contact you to explain the reason for the delay. Personalised items may take longer than this to allow for processing times.

An email will be sent to you to let you know your order is on its way. Please note that all parcels sent with our couriers must be signed for.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice shall also be emailed to you upon completion of the order. There is currently no VAT payable on the prices, as we below the threshold

What are the best before dates on your chocolates and sweets?

Our Swiss chocolate hearts are typically supplied with a best before date of 12 – 15 months. Most other sweets are supplied with a best before date of at least 6 months.

If you are ordering for an event which is more than 6 months in the future please let us know. You may leave a message at checkout with your event date, call or email us and we will ensure that the sweets and chocolates are in date for your event.

I’ve changed my mind, can I return my order?

We understand that things can change and that sometimes you may need to return your order to us. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can and in any event within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then tell you what to do next.
Once goods are received a refund is normally issued within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

We are unable to accept returns of any of the following:

  • Sweets and chocolates
  • Personalised items

Items made to the customers specifications, including but not solely, filled sweetie boxes, bags and pre-filled party bags.

I’ve received my order but there’s a problem. What do I do?

Please let us know as soon as you can if there’s a problem with your order and in any event within 14 days of delivery. Either call us or email us at favourfairyuk@gmail.com

How do I place my order?

You may order from us directly from our website or call us and we can take the details over the phone. We will then email you an invoice with a link to pay via PayPal, as we are currently unable to take any card details over the phone.

When are you open? Can I visit you?

Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 10:00 to 4:00
Offices closed Saturday and Sunday.

We check our emails, and WhatsApp messages throughout the day and night and if needed we will reply to urgent enquires outside of our main opening hours.
