At Favour Fairy we like to ensure that you have a great choice however you wish to pay. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards through SagePay including American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Paypal.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days although some may take longer. If your order is going to be significantly delayed we will let you know. Please provide the date of the celebration when placing your order as at peak times orders may be prioritised according to when they are required and not the order in which they are received.
Most orders are dispatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail when using standard postage.
Delivery is usually 3 – 5 working days from the date of shipping.
We do. There is an option to select next day delivery at checkout.
Please ensure you place next day orders by 14.30 in order to meet courier deadlines. This service is for Monday to Friday deliveries only, next day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. If you need a Saturday delivery please contact us.

Normal delivery charge for all parcels is £3.95, in some areas this may increase to £4.25. please use the shipping calculator in cart for an exact amount.. These goods will be sent by Royal Mail 48hr. Parcels over 2kg will be sent by courier. On standard postage this will be a 3 - 5 day courier.
Parcels over 1.5 kg to Highlands and Islands including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may incur additional charges, we will let you know if this is the case.
Express delivery service is available on most items, please ask for details or select the express delivery option. There is a charge of £10.95 for this service. This is a next working day delivery service and excludes Saturday deliveries. Please note that orders must be placed before 2.30pm in order to qualify for next day delivery Additional charges may apply for next day service to Highlands and Islands, please contact us for details.
Personalised items may take up 5 days to process, express delivery is not available on any personalised items due to the processes involved, please contact us for details. If you select express shipping on these items your order will be shipped on a next day delivery basis once it is complete.
We ship internationally to mainland Europe. Postal charges to Europe are from £19.95 depending on country and delivery option. Deliveries over 1.5kg to Europe may be subject to a shipping surcharge. Deliveries to European islands may incur and additional shipping charge.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
All of our transactions are processed on highly secure servers through either PayPal or SagePay. Using their 2048 bit encrypted servers, you can be sure that your transaction is always safe and secure with Favour Fairy.
Once your order is received an automated acknowledgement will be sent confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive these emails please let us know and we will investigate.
We aim to pack your order within 2 working days of receipt of your order. If, exceptionally your order is going to be delayed we will contact you to explain the reason for the delay. Personalised items may take longer than this to allow for processing times.
An email will be sent to you to let you know your order is on its way. Please note that all parcels sent with our couriers must be signed for.
A VAT invoice will be included with your order. You can also request a VAT invoice to be e-mailed to you.
Our Swiss chocolate hearts are typically supplied with a best before date of 12 – 15 months. Most other sweets are supplied with a best before date of at least 6 months.
If you are ordering for an event which is more than 6 months in the future please let us know. You may leave a message at checkout with your event date, call or email us and we will ensure that the sweets and chocolates are in date for your event.
We understand that things can change and that sometimes you may need to return your order to us. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can and in any event within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then tell you what to do next.
Once goods are received a refund is normally issued within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
We are unable to accept returns of any of the following:
- Sweets and chocolates
- Personalised items
Items made to the customers specifications, including but not solely, filled sweetie boxes, bags and pre-filled party bags.

You may visit us by prior arrangement only.
If visiting please note that we are a warehouse and not a shop. All goods are stored on the first floor and there is no disabled access. Children under the age of 16 years will not be admitted under any circumstances.
