Our truffles are made with fresh cream in England using the finest Swiss chocolate in a factory which handles nuts.
A small amount of alcohol typically less than 2%, is in each truffle, except the salted caramel,as a preservative. The typical shelf life on these truffles is between 4 – 6 months. If you are looking for an alcohol free option choose those chocolates marked with AF.
