MAINLAND UK
For orders of £7.00 or under: £2.00
For orders of £7.01 or over: £4.50
We dispatch 96% of orders within 2 working days. Orders weighing under 1kg are sent Royal Mail First Class and orders over 1kg are sent Royal Mail Tracked 2-3 Day. Both services make delieveries on Saturdays.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery Mon - Friday: No Saturday deliveries: £10.90 by Federal Express next day sevice.
Not available on personalised ceramic, candles and printed glass products.
UK MAINLAND ONLY
By overnight courier. Next day delivery service. Excluding Weekends and public holidays. Overnight courier service used. Orders must be received by 14:00 for next day service. Note We cannot commit a time and there should be someone available to accept delivery as a signature will be required.
CHANNEL ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND AND HIGHLANDS
£9.95 for all orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and non-mainland UK. Please contact us for Express delivery options to these areas. For orders over 3kg a surcharge may apply - we will contact you if this applies
MAINLAND EU COUNTRIES INCLUDING SOUTHERN IRELAND
£14.90 for parcels of 2kg and under. A surcharge may apply for orders of 2 kg or more- we will contact you with full details once this has been calculated.
