Safety: 1 Confectionery supplied may contain nuts or may have been produced in an area in which nuts have been processed. A full ingredients list will be provided with all confectionery products.
2 Scented products will be supplied with a full ingredients list. Please note that unwrapped scented products should not be placed on varnished, polished or painted services.
3 Activity bags: some items, the bag and trimmings may be unsuitable for children under the age of three years. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the bag and its contents are only given to children of an appropriate age. Please advise us of the age of the child when placing an order.
Discounts and pricing: we reserve the right to change our pricing and withdraw any discounts without notice.
Validity: if any part of these terms and conditions are deemed to by unenforceable, void or invalid they will be considered severable from these terms and conditions. The remainder of these terms and conditions will however still be considered valid.
You the customer promise that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to enter into this agreement with us. You further promise to provide us with details to check the validity of any debit and or credit transactions and that all of the information supplied to us is true.
Refusal: we reserve the right to refuse any order or transaction without giving notice and for whatever reason, whether or not monies have been paid.
Governing law: the use of this website, products supplied through it and purchases are governed by English law and deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and deal with any proceedings.
Intellectual property: this website, it's logo, text and graphics, both in full and in part remains the property of RJLink trading as favour Fairy. All rights are reserved.
Changes to terms and conditions: we may change our terms and conditions without giving notice. Terms and conditions applicable to any order, however placed, are those published on the website at the time the order is placed.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment or cheques.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. |
Shipping And Handling Delivery charges quoted are for delivery to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Normal delivery charge is £4.50 which will be added to your order. Orders over £75.00 will be delivered free of charge. For delivery to all other areas please contact us for delivery costs.
We do not ship internationally except by prior agreement - please contact us before placing your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days although some may take longer. If your order is going to be significantly delayed we will let you know.
Personalised items may take a further 20 days to process, in which case the whole order may be delayed accordingly. We stock many of our scented products although some, such as the soap loaves are a special order. Delivery can therefore be up to 4 weeks after you place your order. Pease contact us if you have any concerns over delivery times and we'll do our best to help.
Please provide the date of the celebration when placing your order.
Delivery can only be made to the address registered to the credit or debit card used for the transaction. This cannot be changed in any circumstances. Goods will need to be signed for on receipt of delivery.
'Free delivery' offer relates only to orders over £75 to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.

| Back Orders If your item is not available we will notify you. Depending on the date of your event you may choose to wait whilst we secure supply if the item is out of stock. Of course we will understand if you cannot wait and cancel. |

Guarantee DAMAGED GOODSs: in the event that any part of your order is damaged please notify us within 24 hours either by email or telephone and we will arrange for replacements to be sent to you. We do not accept liability for additional losses as a result of a fault.
We may ask you to return damaged items to us. In this event we will gladly refund any reasonable postage charges you may incur.
COLOURS: nets, boxes and all dyed products are subject to variations in tone caused by the dying process. variations in screen settings and photographic equipment also means that colours seen on your screen can also be misleading. We are therefore unable to guarantee that colours will exactly match any products supplied. This also means that the colour of samples sent may also vary slightly from products eventually supplied. We will not accept returns of stock in these circumstances. |

If you change your mind about your purchase goods may be returned to us - subject to the restrictions below providing you notify us, by telephone and/or in writing within 7 days of their receipt. Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation. Goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale. The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us - customers are advised to return all goods using a recorded delivery method.
All refunds will be in the form of the original payment.
Please note that no refunds can be given on hand-made items, personalised items, and jewellery or food products unless they are found to be faulty or not as described. Customers ordering personalised items must ensure that the details they give to the company are correct - refunds will not be given if it is later found that the personalisation is incorrect unless it is the fault of Favour Fairy.
